  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few select remote regions.

Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of our community of healthcare professionals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Medical Devices (e.g., Littmann Stethoscopes, other medical devices)
  • Compression Socks (for hygienic reasons)
  • Hiddles (worn as undershirts, for hygienic reasons)
  • Any item that is damaged, stained, washed, or shows signs of wear.
  • All sale items are final sale.

Refund Process and Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
