Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: For the health and safety of our community of healthcare professionals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Medical Devices (e.g., Littmann Stethoscopes, other medical devices)
  • Compression Socks (for hygienic reasons)
  • Hiddles (worn as undershirts, for hygienic reasons)
  • Any item that is damaged, stained, washed, or shows signs of wear.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  4. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Process and Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
